Orthopedic Associates of Central Maryland (OACM) began more than 40 years ago with the practice of Taney & Spence, PA.  The group has been in practice in the southwestern area of Baltimore since its formation and extended their practice into Howard County over twelve years ago.  OACM was named one of the largest orthopedic practices in 2008 by the Baltimore Business Journal.  OACM currently has nine physicians and three physician assistants.
